In addition to requiring academic grades, we also have our own study group to help all athletes achieve their academic goals.

One of the most difficult part of a teenager's life is to choose what career to seek. Every year we have our Career Fair, exclusively to our athletes.
We built a team with our partners to offer discounts and benefits to our athletes. Our partners are Language Schools, Barber Shops, Sporting Goods Stores, among others.
Now 33 years old, "Jhon" began his activities as an American Football Athlete in 2007 by RP Challengers until 2011. On April 4, 2011, he founded the RP ALLIGATORS SPORTS ASSOCIATION, wich established another adult (fullpads) football team in the city and more ahead, the American Football School. During his carreer as an athlete, Jonathas played for a several teams such as RP Alligators, Limeira Tomahawk, Leme Lizards and after returning to Botafogo Challengers he retired in 2018.
Leo is 25 years old and began his Football Carreer in 2009, but went through a hiatus of several years due to his dedication to studies. In 2015, he returned to compete as an athlete for RP Alligators and also began as a teacherof the American Football School forming the Flag Football Team and winning his first title. Following courses in Brazil and American certifications in 2016, Coach Leo deployed and created the Flag Development Program that transformed the team into a successful competitive team spanning not only the sport, but also academic and life principles such as solidarity, ethics and respoect. Leo is six-time champion with the Flag team, received honor prizes for his work and several invitations to join the Coach Roster and assist in the planning of Flag Teams and Fullpads.
Samuel, or "Samuca", is 20 years old and is the Team's Assistant Coach. CHe started his carreer as a Football Athlete in 2016 at RP Alligators where he wen through various positions. His first experience as A.C. was in early 2017 with RP Alligators Adult's Team and then, he joined RP Alligators Flag in the second semester. "Samuca" assists in training, administrative processes and the defensive development of the team.
"I had problems due to anxiety and depression and I never faced them, I used to hide behind my feelings. Since I joined the team and got to know other athletes and our coach, everything changed. I finally found the courage, made friends and got better. If I am here today, the way I am today, is thankfully because of the team."
